First time you use usb cable, you should install the driver for it.
For example, I installed the post-processing software in the C disk. the driver's path maybe like this: "C:\Program Files\South Surveying Mapping Instrument\South Gps Processor\9600usb".
in other words, our post-processing software include the driver for this usb port.
how to connect receiver to pc? please refer to the following steps.
a. please connect receiver to pc by cable firstly,
b.then power on receiver.
c. open the post-processing software.
d.tap "utilities->download raw date".
e. in the new window, please tap"communication->communication port", you will find a new one com port. maybe COM 3, maybe others. but please select the other port and tap "OK".
f. this time, you can tap "connect", it will be connected with pc.
please try it on.
Second picture is the locked screen, and the 3rd is the screen I got after
processing some static data. Anyway I exported a DFX and it appeared in 2D
also.
2. if you do not input known coordinate in static net. you can not get the options of the picture you attached.
