When recharging battery, the charger should be inserted to 220V alternating current, the other
side is inserted to the battery charger. Turn on the switch, the LED will show red. When batteries
are charged enough, the LED will show green. If the charger doesn't connect with battery, the
LED is also red. You can see the power state on the LCD screen.
