The Zhengxin distributed photovoltaic power generation project, with the photovoltaic mounting system provided by Mibet, was successfully connected to the grid recently.

Located in different Zhengxin sites in Jimei District, Haicang District, Xiamen City, and Longhai District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China, the project achieves a total installed capacity of over 30 MW, currently becoming the largest single distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Fujian Province. It can generate about 41.1 million kWh of power per year for these enterprises and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 36.75 million tonnes, resulting in good economic and social benefits.

The project adopts a variety of different rooftop photovoltaic systems from Mibet. Considering the structural characteristics of different rooftops, including color steel tile roofs and concrete roofs, Mibet engineers recommended suitable system designs in order to optimize system strength and installation efficiency.

Different types of metal roofs, such as corrugated, standing-seamed and trapezoidal ones, go with corresponding clamps. Thanks to the professional design, they are perfectly connected for a drawing force of over 1500N, which effectively guarantees the strength and stability of the system. The bracket is mainly made of lightweight aluminium alloy, leading to a loading reduction on the rooftop.

The matrix-structured ballast photovoltaic system comes from independent research and development conducted by Mibet. Combined with the concrete footing and wind deflector, the stable matrix structure design makes the system strong and stable enough to meet the project requirements, thus enabling it to be installed in different regions and geographical conditions.

Mibet’s flat roof photovoltaic system solutions boast ballast structures and tripod structures designed for different needs, and provide aluminum alloy, carbon steel,

magnesium aluminium zinc coated alloy and other material options. Single-row, double-row, base-beam-free tripod racks, etc., are available to help customers save their engineering costs. In addition, dozens of different products and design proposals such as regular matrix, symmetrical matrix and matrix pro systems are offered to strengthen the wind loading rating, thus meeting customers’ all-round needs.

During the project construction process, Mibet sales and technical teams maintained close communication with the project owner and contractor to solve the problems immediately, and pushed forward the execution of the project.

A rooftop photovoltaic power station can bring a wide range of benefits such as thermal insulation and heat control functions, an attractive appearance, and revenue from power generation. As a leading brand in the industry, Mibet continues to contribute safer and more efficient products to photovoltaic power stations worldwide, empowering customers to achieve green development.
